Flocking

Wonderful stuff! You can simulate upholstery with it, use it for
       landscaping, flock our jewelry displays , etc.

 Instructions:

Dump some into a plastic tub with a tight fitting lid (like an old margarine tub)
then shake well to fluff it up.

Use acrylic paint in a matching color to paint whatever you are flocking.
Then (while it's still wet) drop it into the tub of flocking and put the lid on.
GENTLY shake or coat the item..

Take the item out with tweezers and  tap it gently on the edge of the flocking
bin to remove excess flocking. Let it dry completely. Then tap it off again
