Supplies7” X 22” piece soft cotton or drapablesilk for under dress
9”X 12” piece of silk or firmer cotton
or linen for the cape
(Same amount of lining fabric if you
choose to line the cape.)
1 ½ yards of silk trim for edging or
cording if lined.
6” of gold or similar braid for the belt
Also, collect all the jewels or glitter
or fantastic things to add to the cloak
that you desire.
About a 1” X 6” strip of shoe leather
or shoe material if your wizard is
shoeless.
