1 – 3 1/8” X 4 7/8” black velvet

1 – 3 1/8” X 4 7/8” China Silk or Swiss Batiste

12” 4mm black silk ribbon

1 yard 3/16” metallic trim

Scissors, cuticle scissors, wire cutters, needle thread and glue, Fray Check or similar product

Any colors you want to use will be great.  The gowns from the 1920’s had a lot of beading and many colors.  The sky’s the limit.
